Termite Management
Termites belong to orcter "Isoptera" meaning equal wings.There are six families including drywood and dampwood termites.Subterranean termites make colonies in soil while drywood termites make colonies in wood.Termites are silent insects with a distinctive colony structure. Atypical colony consists of reproductive (king, queen) workers and soldiers. Termites are silent invaders. Their manifold is cellulose which is abundant in wood, paper & clothes. Once a food is detected, subterranean termite’s workers construct in abundant mud tubes to it and from then on the march is relentless.

They stop at nothing and a gap of just .5mm is sufficient for them to gain entry. Once inside the building they can cause severe damage to all cellulose materials like wood, cotton, paper, textiles etc. In search of food, they can even damage non cellulose material such as cable coverings, neoprene, pvc  etc. Treatment is very important, as damage likely to be caused by the termite is huge. They are biggest threat to assets.  Damage is mostly internal the inner surface is hollowed out while the outer surface remains intact.

Treatment: - To remove existing infestation and thoroughly treat the area, to make holes at junctions of floor & walls and around wood work existed in buildings and pumps in the chemical to form chemical barrier around property. To impregnate the premise with wood preservatives to make them resistant to termite attack.
Avoid Termite Infection:-

Wood Borer Management
Borer insects can be serious pest of structures. The larvae of these beetles live in and consume dry, seasoned wood. There are several types of wood borer which can infest wood in homes and furniture. The most common types of borer are Anobid, Lyctid and Bostrichid. The Key to avoiding serious problems is early detection and control.

The larvae damage occurs entirely below the surface of the wood where larve eat tunnels. We carry out borer management with our special insecticide by injecting the fluid directly into each hole especially if applying to a finished surface. On unfinished surface or timber with too many emergence holes, the borer fluid can be applied using a paint brush. Good drainage and sub floor ventilation will help reduce the risk of attack to softwood flooring timbers from these species.
Fly Management
FLY:- The common housefly, Musca domestica, live in close association with people all over the world. In this part of the world flies play an important role as "mechanical transmitters' of several diseases such as enterice infections(dysentery, diarrhoea, typhoid, cholera) etc. Besides transmitting diseases, flies can be nuisance by disturbing people at work and leisure.
